GD&K Group contributed to the success of Deutsche Bank PBC S.A. by assisting in the launch of a new business network called DB Kredyt that specializes in giving out cash loans. This loan servicing offer has been aimed at individual customers.
The GD&K Group led project covered designing, constructing and signing off upon completion of all 67 branches of DB Kredyt. The Group’s services included:
- investor’s assistance in best location selection (recommendations offered),
- preparation, coordination and signing of letting agreements,
- interior design preparation based on a standard branch layout,
- administrative process coordination (i.e. planning, building permits) for each location,
- general contractor supervision,
- signing off on ready branches and handing them over to the investor,
- regular reports on work progress,
- budget control.
